I am sorry to report that some customers have been impacted by an error that occurred following the update of our invoice system.
Payment was automatically collected on old, expired invoices this evening. All payments have been refunded within 2 hours of the error.
The only payments that have not been refunded are for services that are due for renewal between today and 14 December 2019. If any of these services are no longer required, please contact us and we will, of course, be happy to refund the payment.
Steps will be taken to prevent any future reoccurrence of such an issue.
